How to Use SonicHop
Using Phone as a Speaker
- Install the SonicHop PC server and the Android app.
- Ensure both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Open the PC server. It will automatically detect your local IP.
- Open the Android app, go to the PC Audio Server tab.
- The app should auto-discover the PC. Tap connect, and your PC audio will play through your phone!
Using Phone as a Microphone
- Ensure the PC server is running and the VB-Cable driver is installed.
- Open the Android app and navigate to the Device Audio Server tab.
- Tap the start button to begin broadcasting your microphone.
- On the PC server, go to the Mobile audio tab to connect to your phone.
- Set your PC's default recording device to "CABLE Output" to use the mic in Discord or games.
